Follow these few simple guidelines to ensure your stored items remain in tip top condition
- Pack all items in boxes and mark the boxes with their contents
- Seal all open edges of boxes to prevent dust and discoloration
- Prepare an Inventory in case of loss or damage and to assist with insurance claims
- Never overload boxes - remember you have to carry and move them

- Tie or tape up the cables of electrical appliances
- Cookers and fridges should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid bacterial and fungal growth.

- Never store mirrors and pictures flat - always store on their edge
- Bicycles, lawn mowers and other metal items can be wiped with with oil to avoid rust
- Cars and Motorcycles MUST have their fuel tanks emptied
